serve ogg vorbis files compatible with windows clients?

I am trying to allow visitors to a web page on an apache 2.x fedora core 2 server to listen to ogg vorbis files by clicking on a link like on a test page like this http://www.lubuto.org/?Music. The helix player on my fedora core 3 client picks up the file and plays it flawlessly but all the windows clients with real player ask to download a plug-in but are unable to find it.

1. Can I provide an alternative format and if so what do you recommend?
2. Do i need to stream the file to fix this problem?
3. Can I provide a player on my website that provides a server side solution?

Well, to answer 1 and 3

1) You may provide link to a free ogg decoder download. The user who download and install and starts to listen using realplayer .

3) Server side solution? I am really not sure what you are looking for. So, are you expecting a few lines in a jsp file that is served to the client can play the music while workload is offloaded to the server? I do not think it is likely

However you may provide link to free java based ogg player. Which may get rid of the need of installing decoder.

e.g. http://www.handyarchive.com/free/ogg-decoder/
