serialmonkey driver on recent kernels

Hya,

Has anybody used serialmonkey wifi driver on recent kernels?

Code:
Feb  6 14:43:22 Linuxx12 kernel: [  211.936180] phy0 -> rt2x00queue_write_tx_frame:
 Error - Arrived at non-free entry in the non-full queue 0.
Feb  6 14:43:22 Linuxx12 kernel: [  211.936187] Please file bug report to http://rt2x00.serialmonkey.com.
I am having these trouble and driver lock up after a while. If I remember correct, 2.6.32 and on.

System:
Debian wheezy, on ia32, Ralink card. I also checked w w/o compat-wireless.
