Sendmail Usermin & Vacation

According to the documentation with vacation, it is installed. I've brought in the .wbm files into webmin to configure the location of the vacation program and set up my auto-reply in usermin. However, when I send a test from another account I simply get a "service unavailable" message. I thought perhaps "vacation" was a service that needed to be started on my server, but that wasn't the case. Anyone know what I could be missing? Is there a configuration that I might be missing in sendmail itself? I have this line in my config file:

FEATURE(`smrsh',`/usr/sbin/smrsh')dnl

Seems like everything is in order, but just not working...

When the user sets their vacation message in Usermin is the .vacation.msg file being created in their users directory ?

When Vacation is Enabled is the .forward file created in the users directory ? the .forward file tells the system to forward the message to the vacation system..

If the two hidden fileas are not being created, is your usermin config pointed to the vacation executable ?
Quote:
$ which vacation
/usr/bin/vacation

$ more /etc/usermin/vacation/config
vacation_path=/usr/bin/vacation
