Unhappy sendmail relay 550 .5.7.1 BIG PROBLEM

I 've been using my Redhat 7.2 as well as 6.2 for mail hosting for a while now without any issue. Everything was configure properly. About couple of days ago, suddenly i get a lot of this "relaying denied" error 550 5.7.1 thingie from all my users.

I have not made any changes to the file or anything else within the server config. All i did was the normal day to day chores of creating and deleting e-mail. I 've also been playing with the /etc/mail/access file, and been refering to tonnes of documentation from None of them helps.

I sure hope it's not because of the fact that my server has been compromised.........

Now it's strange, as i mentioned, the servers was alright. Anyone out there experiencing the same issue as me? Please let me know. I 'm desperate.........

Thank you...... in advances... whoever there is out there...... This poor soul really needs help.........
