Red face Sendmail : relay=[127.0.0.1] [127.0.0.1], dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: Connection refuse

Hi,

I know that there are a lot of thread on this subject but none gives me a positive outcome.
The box is running debian 4 and sendmail 8.13.8.
The host and host.allow files are OK (sendmail : all) to accept connections from anyone.
However I have relay=[127.0.0.1] [127.0.0.1], dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: Connection refused by [127.0.0.1] when trying to send mails localy.

Can someone help me?

Thanks

macadam
