sendmail queue

my sendmail queue is increasing i think too fast. At first it's 1000. Then the next day i check it's at 32000. I think i am being used as a spam server. I was wondering what i can do it prevent this. I have used .com, .net, .org. Another questions is how can i deleted all the queues.
