Sendmail problem .forward.mail Please HELP


I am getting the following error logged from sendmail whenever one user receives email


Apr 16 16:43:41 mail sendmail[3102]: QAA03090: forward /home/employee/graphics/.forward.mail: Permission denied
Apr 16 16:43:41 mail sendmail[3102]: QAA03090: forward /home/employee/graphics/.forward: Permission denied

I have checked his directory permissions and they look ok, does anyone have any
ideas ?
There is no ".forward" file in his home dir

Running RH6.2
