sendmail - nat ISP and relaying issues

Hi

I'm running a Redhat 9 server attached to an ISP who assigns private IPs (192.168...) instead of publics. I want to be able to send mail using this server with sendmail, but obviously I'll just use the old POP accounts to pick up.

I don't know much about sendmail, but I imagine I have to tell it to relay all mail for all domains, but only for IPs on my private network (10.0...).

Question 1) Am I going about this in the right way.
Question 2) Broadly speaking how do I go about implementing this (which files on my server to edit, which lines etc).

Thanks for any help!

James
