Sendmail listen on specified ip not working

First Good day to all.

I have a little/big problem.

My system OpenSuSe 10.2 64bit and sendmail sendmail-8.13.8-22 which was installed by default with yast.

$ find /etc -name 'sendmail*'
/etc/sysconfig/sendmail
/etc/webmin/sendmail
/etc/webmin/status/services/sendmail.serv
/etc/sendmail.cf.backup
/etc/sendmail.cf
/etc/sendmail.cf.SuSEconfig
/etc/init.d/sendmail
/etc/sendmail.cf.rpmsave
/etc/permissions.d/sendmail
/etc/permissions.d/sendmail.paranoid

Now to my problem:

I can not get sendmail to listen to other ip than 127.0.0.1.

Things i have already done:

1. Changed line in /etc/sendmail.cf
O DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtp, Name=MTA //tried commenting it out or adding Addr=0.0.0.0 not working ....

2. Restarted the sendmail, even tried to reboot the box. Nothing seems to work:

tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:25 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN

I really have no clue what to do next, and i need sendmail to work

Did i miss something ?

Thank you for your replies.
