Sendmail : How To control outgoing mail

hi guys,

i got too much complaint during this week from our customer, they said we always sent them a virus mail but we are not.

So i understand that one of our computer got infected by virus that will use their SMTP engine to sent out the mail to mail address that the virus found in address book.

Now i am looking for a solution, maybe software or configuration that maybe can help me to prevent unwanted mail to be sent out.

For example : with procmail we can control all incoming mails, which one need to be deliver to user mailbox and which need to be deliver to dev/null.

So is there something like procmail that can control the outgoing mail, so they will decide which one need to be sent to dev/null and which one need to be sent out ??????????

This my specifications :
Redhat 7.1
sendmail

Help me guys:(
