Sendmail Error - No Route To Host

I have a server at GoDaddy.com. It's a Virtual Dedicated Server.

I have Plesk removed, and I have Webmin installed.

I removed the installed version of Sendmail and installed the most recent RPM.

I can send mail to user@mydomain.com from an outside email address, and I can send mail internally from user1@mydomain.com to user2@mydomain.com. But I can't send anything to an external email address.

I.E. If I sent an email from user@mydomain.com to user@gmail.com, I'll get the error saying that the email is defferred and "No Route To Host".

The server is RedHat 9.

Any ideas? I can post config files, etc. I do have root access.

I've looked on here but couldn't find anything that works.

Oh yeah, when I'm SSH'd into the server, I can use Lynx to browse websites and I can ping websites fine.
