sendmail aliases

Hi,all:
My linux version is redhat9, is email server.
I want to use aliases to send mail once for multi users. The following is what I had done:
1, vi /etc/aliases
add the following line:
tech_cn:a,b,c ( a,b,c are all my email users.they all have an account on the email server, for example a@paradigmgeo.com)
2, newaliases
after I finish the above two step.
3, on windows ,I use outlook to send mail to tech_cn@paradigmgeo.com,
but I received the following error information:
****************************************************************
The original message was received at Mon, 13 Mar 2006 02:16:05 +0200 from cn-dmz.paradigmgeo.com [211.154.22.27]

----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- <tech_cn@paradigmgeo.com>
(reason: 550 5.1.1 <tech_cn@paradigmgeo.com>... User unknown)

----- Transcript of session follows ----- ... while talking to av.paradigmgeo.com.:

Good Day

It appears there is something wrong with the /etc/aliases file, recreate the entry in the aliases file but make sure the entry is correct.
there must not be any spaces between the addresses,or try add the entries via webmin, which will make sure the entry layout is correct.

eg

aliase_email: a,b,c,d

this is the correct layout, then run newaliases
Cheers
