Sending CTRL-F12 over PuTTY

I need to send Ctrl-F12 over Putty, but I think it only sends F12.

Code:
$cat
^[[24~
^[[24~
I tried changing the different keyboard types, only SCO yielded different results, but those are not the key sequences I want to send. I googled the issue, and someone else has faced the issue before, but no solution was posted.

Can someone help me out? Thanks a lot.
