send instant message from command line

Any one know of any tool for sending instant messages to MSN, AOL, or yahoo from the command line?

I have a script which crawls through my online calendar for todays appointments. I want to set it up to send an IM 10 minutes before a meeting.

I've used a few CLI IM clients on BSD and I'm a big fan of centericq, it does a few different protocols and is really easy to use.
