Hi!
We have an website, that has two peaces, the actual website, and our shooping cart, that belongs to other company. the other company can send out only emails when user registers or he's product is shipped. Now when we're finaly have finished the first part of the website, we need to sent out email to our all our custimers, but I don't know what would be the best way. I swear it's not for spamming porposes! any suggestions?! Thank you!
Use a mail list program that automates the process of allowing users to subscribe or unsubscribe from the system ..
Don't forget to put the Instructions in the email for getting off the mail list to remain in compliance with the CAN SPAM ACT
Thanks!
But I need to send this only once, because our shopping cart company programmers are working on it now and we're not promoting anything, we just send out information only to members who are registered and agreed to recive email from our company.
Hrm most CRM packages have that feature built in.. I can go into the admin panel of Postnuke, mdpro, Xoops, etc.. and select "mail all users" and type a message.. did they not build that feature into your system ?
unfortunetly no.. I can only configure to send email on some events, but even then I can only sent email to one user. I guess I could use some SMTP client, that alows sent it to multiple addresses, but I dont know any..
