seeking windowmaker-style minification

I've been looking for a windowmaker-style window minifier for use in Fluxbox for a while but am not finding anything. Anyone know of such an application?

Using Windowmaker is not an option (it's my work machine, and windowmaker is not and will not be installed).

Desired functionality like this:

xfdesktop (xfce's desktop manager) has similar functionality, if one changes the preferences.
iirc, also rox has it (i think the desktop manager is included with the file manager, that would be rox-filer on debian)
and there was some lightweight standalone app... maybe idesk or so.

Thanks both for the answers. Because I had XFCE handy, I tried that and it is exactly what I wanted. I'll try rox-pinboard on flux tomorrow at work.

For future readers, on XFCE:
Applications > System Settings -> Desktop -> Icons tab -> Icon type > Minimized Applications

iDesk was nothing like what I'm looking for, so still on the lookout for something for Fluxbox.
