searching for ext2 / ext3 quot

Is anyone aware of a "native" quot (per-owner disk usage summary utility) for (quotaless) ext2 / ext3 filesystems? Or is there some other (equally efficient, probably inode-based) method using another command to obtain similar results?

Thanks.

Paul
