screensaver password doesnt work
 

I recently changed the password for my user andnow when my screensaver is going and it asks for the password if i type in the wrong password it says its wrong but then the screensaver goes away and the desktop comes up anyway. it didnt do this until i changed the password. does anyone know what is going on.

got an update. it only does this when you type the root password. the root and user pass used tobe the same so i typed that in without thinking. any other wrong password the screensaver stays on
