If some of them like Lorenz Attractor do work, you may not have all of the xscreensaver packages installed.
Code:
[root@mudd ~]# rpm -qa |grep xscreensaver
xscreensaver-gl-extras-4.21-4
xscreensaver-base-4.21-4
xscreensaver-extras-4.21-4
[root@mudd ~]# rpm -qa |grep kdeartwork
kdeartwork-3.5.0-0.1.fc4
You may also need to remove them and re-install with the command:
Code:
yum remove kdeartwork xscreensaver-*
yum install kdeartwork xscreensaver-*

Running out of ideas here.
Do you have xscreensaver-demo pointing to the correct directory?
imageDirectory: /usr/share/applnk/System/ScreenSavers

No, but running a yum update may be just the ticket.
