Screen viewer program with browser client

I need to remotely control my Linux laptop's GUI from another device that I cannot install software on. The secondary device is equipped with a web browser. Is there a program I can install on the Linux laptop that lets me log in and access a GUI on a remote web browser? I can try port forwarding if it is necessary, and I can arrange for the laptop to automatically turn on, so everything else is taken care of.

Webmin seems interesting, but I don't think it is what I need. I need to remotely access my laptops GUI, sorta like what Chrome Remote Desktop and Windows Remote Desktop Protocol do. I need the client program to be in the browser because I cannot install anything on the client computer. Does such a program exist?

Teamviewer definitely fits the bill. Also, free for personal use.
