What information should I provide to help solve this problem?

I know it's kind of common sense but has your refresh rate gone up? Just check that out first.

Hi,
Yes, the same refresh rate as before - however I noticed this error about glx extension... However It is installed according to aptitude, any advice on how to re-install? or how to fix up this error?

Thanks again,
Andrew
