Scanning Negs and Slides using Hp 5470C scanner

is it possible to scan slides and negatives using Ubuntu Xsane with an HP 5470C scanners?

Looks like the answer is Yes. Here is a link to the driver that works.

I have a HP Scanjet G4010 and there is no backend, yet. So I installex Sun's Virtual Box version 3.08, installed XP as a guest system and now scan using my G4010 on XP. I only use XP for the scanner, beats having to keep a real XP system around for the scanner...
