SBackup restore

Hallo everybody, here my issue.
I had a laptop which has been stolen.
I was backing up my data via sbackup saving the data on my NAS (I have 2 set of files on my NAS: one for the last full backup and one for the last incremental) and, unfortunately, backup logs on my stolen pc.
Now I want to restore my lost data but I'm not able to do it.

Do you know any way to help me?

I thought it could be possible to cat the files of each set and then extract each set via "tar -x".

Is it the correct way to go on? If so, I didn't find in the man page the option to change the destination folder.

Thanks for your help.

I am not familiar with sbackup but typically you would extract the full backup then the incremental. cat will not work.

To extract to a specific destination folder use the -C option.
