Save to drive on google chrome

Can a Chrome user come to my rescue?

I have slackware current, and installed chrome for one feature: the save to google drive option. It promises to save me bandwidth and local network messing.

BUT IT DOESN'T WORK! The extension is "Pre-installed" according to chrome. I don't seem to be ble to uninstall, just rate it. It isn't AFAICT. Right click offers no "save to google drive" option. The list of extensions does not include save to google drive. Only the stupid extension manager thinks it's installed.

What's the deal?

Hmm... I use Chrome and Google Drive everyday at work, I don't seem to have a problem saving to Drive..

Can you explain a little more? Maybe send me the link to where they promised this feature?

Does your screen look like mine with a red create button?

Yes, except that where you have files, I have a directory. I have ScriptSafe installed and am still grappling with it. As you see from the attached screenshot in Chrome (right click on a download pressed) there is no save to drive option.

@ AcidRain: As you see from the attached, I have piles of extensions but no Google Drive shows. Yet when I try to install it, it says "installed." :-(
