Angry Samba won't hide dot files

I'm trying to prevent samba from showing hidden files over windows network neighborhood. I am running Samba 2.2.7a on Red hat 7.3

Here is the config file:

               comment = Home Directories
               browseable = No
               read only = Yes
               hide dot files = Yes
But when I look at my home directory over the network the hidden files still appear.

Add in your /etc/samba/smb.conf the line:

hide dot files = Yes

And restart your samba server

P.S: The line have stay in [global] section, ok?
