samba-vscan

I'm having a fileserver with samba in my network.
I installed clamav and samba-vscan for scanning.

all seems OK. I can access my files and open them.
But my log keeps saying:

ERROR: Daemon failed with minor error - file /data1/test.doc NOT SCANNED!

This means the real-time access scanning doesn't work.

/etc/clamd.conf
LocalSocket /var/run/clamav/clamd-socket
#TCPSocket 3310
#TCPAddr 127.0.0.1

/etc/samba/vscan-clamav.conf
clamd socket name = /var/run/clamav/clamd-socket
deny error on minor error = NO
deny access on error = YES.

/var/run/clamav/clamd-socket is present with permissions vscan.vscan

Please help
