samba: Join user of Active Directory to local group
 

Hallo:

I'm using kubuntu 8.04. With likewiseopen, I joined it to Active Directory. So my user is a user of Active Directory.
Everything works fine, but now I need to add my user (domain\user) to a local group of my computer.
How can I do it?

I manually edit the /etc/group file and simply add them to it. I imagine there is a better way, but this works for me. When I run 'getent group' I see it, and the user has the group permissions when tested.
