Smile Samba authentication

Good morning, I need some help please. Running Samba Version 3.5.15-74.fc15 on Fedora 15. I cannot connect to my Samba share from Windows 7 client. Win 7 prompts for authentication, and does not accept valid credentials (I don't think it should prompt anyway). If I change my permissions for the Samba share (access tab) to "Give access to everybody", I can browse the folder contents.

I have created four smb users and 2 shares. Verified that everyone has a password set and listed to access the share. Verified that services smb,nmb,winbind and netowrk are running. Below are the folder permissions of the share and smb.conf.
Please advise if I can provide more information that will help resolve. Much thanks!

Here are the permissions for the Samba share
# ls -al
total 8
drwxrwxr-x. 2 root qbusers 4096 Aug 27 15:22 .
drwxr-xr-x. 43 root root 4096 Aug 27 15:22 ..

Here is my smb.conf.

workgroup = domain
password server = PDC.DOMAIN.LOCAL
realm = DOMAIN.LOCAL
security = ads
idmap uid = 16777216-33554431
idmap gid = 16777216-33554431
template shell = /sbin/nologin
winbind use default domain = false
winbind offline logon = false
log file = /var/log/samba/log.%m

#--authconfig--end-line--
# replace "toltec" with your system's hostname

; netbios name = mf-filesrv
; encrypt passwords = yes

# Run a WINS server

wins support = yes

# set higher than it is here.

; local master = yes
; preferred master = no
os level = 0
; server string = samba 3.5.15-74.fc15
; guest ok = no
; guest account = nobody

# Make home directories on the server available to users.

#[homes]
# comment = %u's Home Directory
# browsable = no
# read only = no
# map archive = yes

# This is a shared directory, accessible by all
# users. Use your own share name and path.

[qbdb]
comment = Quick Books Data
path = /var/lib/qbdb
read only = no
; browseable = yes
users = user1, user2, martinia, user4
valid users = martinia

Might be helpful..

[root@mf-filesrv martinia]# smbclient //mf-filesrv/qbdb -U
Enter martinia's password:
Domain=[MAGIC-FLIGHT] OS=[Unix] Server=[Samba 3.5.15-74.fc15]
tree connect failed: NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED
[root@mf-filesrv martinia]#

Is the user in the /etc/passwd & passwd, along with being adding in with smbpasswd -a user ?

Also, do you have the netfilter (ipchains configured) and is selinux throwing any exceptions?
