Safe to Delete /cgi-bin
It is safe to delete /cgi-bin? Will it affect when we serving via the browser?

See also the Script directives in your Apache httpd conf files.

how we know that it is being used or not being used? it is check via the httpd conf file? if so how to check? please advice

1. are there any files in that dir?
2. if there are, you need to check eg using grep to see if those files are referenced by any of your html files.

How about the test-cgi? Did if safe to delete also? or it just a test file?
