You can install windows in a virtual machine on linux
or install linux in a virtual machine on windows.
You need however the iso or install cd from the operating system you want to use.
I use virtualbox, but there are several, like qemu ...
vmware player or vmware server are both free for your delectation under both oses. Either will do, if you want to have a choice made for you, use Server. CentOS also comes with Xen by default, which you can run windows on too... vmware player or vmware server are both free for your delectation.
