What you all are telling me though, is even if i spend the time to get Warhammer online to work on linux, it will never run perfectly like it does on windows?
It was never designed to run on Linux. Considering it's also a very new game, if you can get it working at all you should consider yourself lucky.
as you can see on the wine db, warhammer online is not rated highly, you will most likely have problems running it at this time, sorry the wine devs can't keep up with new games, maybe wait a while and see if it improves or help them debug it
