running the apple sdk on linux a .dmg file

Hey I was wondering if It was possible to run the apple SDK a .dmg file on ubuntu I know it isnt possible to do on windows so I was wondering if it was possible to do on ubuntu because I dont want to buy a mac just to run that one program
