how to open the program in a terminal?
i know to open this only via the desktop-via the menu of GUI.

You open up the terminal and then type in the name of the program...

Then press enter.

Actually, you probably don't need Shutter or any other software to make a screenshot. All you have to do is press The "PrtSc" or the Print Screen button on your keyboard (and any other button that may be required such as "Shift" with precise timing) and then go to your home folder and you should see a PNG file of the screenshot.

Shutter is good. Also GIMP has a screenshot module, if you do, File > Create... Screenshot
