none of this works, i read on the Ogle website...

4. How do I read an encrypted DVD?

Just like a regular unencrypted DVD, however you will need write access to the DVD drive's device node to get the CSS key exchange to work. You need to install libdvdcss as well.

What is write access to the DVD device node???
