Running Myst through wine?

One of the only things holding me back from installing Linux completely over Windows is Myst, Riven, and Myst 3. I got them as a present and I am going to play them soon. How well does the Myst trilogy play under wine? I'm hoping to stay away from paying for winex.

http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?...&versionId=142(looks like it works fine)
http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?appId=1352(looks to be unrated so far)
http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?...&versionId=140(looks like you can get it working with some patience)

check www.winehq.org and www.frankscorner.org for compatibility lists on just about anything as well as workarounds and howtos for many programs
