Run the Nagios configure script..

, passing the name of the group you created earlier like so:

\./configure --with-command-group=nagcmd

I get the following error:

no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH
Also, the configure command is showing up in the "nagios-3.2.1" directory

Any suggestions??

Thank you
Frank

You should use your distro package manager to install gcc and perhaps some other development tools
