run linux app. on windows

im on my moms windows xp computer and i found this application called LINE and it is suppose to emulate linux application to run under windows. on there website it gives me a line error on a .php page. does anybody know where i can pick up a copy of it. i have checked freshmeat and it links to the website with the same error. any help would be greatly appreciated

This is a different application that will do the same thing: It runs a full linux environment under windows. A review is here:
