Run Android Apps in Linux?
Hi all,
My phone's recently broken (bad things come in threes after all!) and I cannot afford to replace it with another Android. This isn't a great issue, but there are a few apps that I'd really like on my laptop, preferably without an emulator. I've found lots of things on the internet relating to Ubuntu working on getting Android apps to work in Ubuntu, but can't find anything relating to a 'howto'. Can anyone tell me if it can be done and guide me towards a how to? Thanks! |

Hi,
Just for the record of searching, my solution found (as per the other thread link above) was the run Virtualbox and visit AndroiVM.org, download one of their files and away it goes! Perfect! |
