rtorrent giving permission errors for writing, ubuntu sever
 

Hi,

I recently transferred my rtorrent installation to a different headless box, i cleared all the session data and added the location with the half completed torrents into the .rtorrent.rc file.

Storage error: [File chunk write error: Permission denied.]

Is the error i get once hashing has been completed and it find's trackers to connect to and tries to download data. It can upload fine, and it uploads other completed torrents in the same location.

All the previously downloaded data is still there.

Any advice is appreciated :D

Having same problem, and this is not releated about linux fs write permision, i checked my permissions.
