RT Tracker 3.8.1 upgrade issue

I'm currently running RT Tracker 3.5.6 and I want to upgrade to 3.8.1. It's running in a VM, so I made a copy of the VN to do a test upgrade on it. I first upgraded it to 3.8.0. The upgrade worked fine, however on the main screen, RT at a glance, the two main sections '10 highest priority tickets I own' and '10 newest unowned tickets' both have a link trying to go to localhost

http://localhost/Search/Results.html...D%20%27open%27)

So I tried upgrading the system to 3.8.1 hoping it was a bug, but I got the same thing. I even tried leaving the system in place and running another install hoping it would over write it with no effect. Has anyone else had this problem that would know how to fix it? This seems to be the only issue I'm running into.

Thanks in advance!
