RT RTIR reporting emails
 

I am curious, if anyone has used the program to do things that will allow for automatic reporting, and emailing of those reports. I like the fact that you can save your quesries, into URLs. But I need those URLs sent out automatically.

Basically the "bosses" want weekly emails with "open tickets" "severe tickets" etc.... then a link that will take them to RT and run that query. I have looked around the wed, but have not found much. Has anyone had any experiance with RT and RTIR? All I am looking for is some docs, maybe even a few tips. Thank you guys.
