Obviously my ip is not all 11's but for this post that is what I will use. I have setup a virtual directory on the deltacopy server and called it Home. It just won't work. All that happens is it asks me for password and says it's wrong.
Anyhow, please help with the script. What am I missing?
(1) Do you have ssh running on the windows box? If not, you're probably wanting the rsync: protocol, and should spell that out explicitly as part of the target argument.
(2) Home appears to be a relative path -- you probably want an explicit absolute path. I guess that might be using Windows syntax, e.g. C:\etc., but am not sure.
OK, yes, I'd like to just use rsync and not ssh (for now).
The absolute path on the deltacopy server is s:\Home and the virtual directory name is Home
I can't find a single command line example on the net from someone trying to rsync from linux onto a deltacopy windows server. Any help is very appreciated.
