rsync Include/exclude based on pattern & file size?

Is it possible to include/exclude files in rsync whose filenames both match a pattern and satisfy another requirement? E.g., how would I exclude all invisible files or directories (those that match ".*") that are also greater than 1 GB? Thank you

Include/exclude by patterns as flexible as GNU tar? Awesome. For everything else, there's find | rsync --files-from=-
