rsync.conf miss

i use redhat 9.0

it have rsync in /etc/xinetd.d,i edit it,disable=no,but it still can run after i restart the xinet

but rsync.conf have not found in /etc

i reinstall it ,but still

how can i do now?

i want to use it backup
