rsync & acl

just breaking my head howto make this work...

i need to keep a backup server in sync with a server
on the server i have extended file atributes (alc)..
but when i use rsync or rdist, the acl's got lost...

is there a way to backup a server with acl support ??
(and how do you make it all happen ..)
