RPM Upgrade

I'm trying to get my ATI Remote working in Mandrake 9.1. I'm trying to install the rpm, but there's a bunch of dependency issues. Currently I'm trying to install tcl-8.4.2 and tk-8.4.2 RPMs. I guess I have versions 8.3 for these two programs currently installed, and I'm having problems upgrading.

I'm just clicking the RPM to install it. I get this message. (This is for tk but it's pretty much the same thing for tcl.)

Code:

The following packages have to be removed for others to be upgraded:
expect-8.3.3-21mdk (due to missing expect)
glibc_lsb-2.3.1-1mdk (due to unsatisfied lsb >= 1.3-5mdk)
ical-2.2-27mdk (due to missing libtk8.3.so)
lsb-1.3-6.1mdk (due to missing glibc_lsb)
mathplot-0.8.3-1mdk (due to missing libtk8.3.so)
pysol-4.81-1mdk (due to unsatisfied tkinter >= 1.5.2)
rfbdrake-0.9.1-11.1mdk (due to missing expect)
tkinter-2.2.2-6mdk (due to missing libtk8.3.so)
do you agree ?

If I agree, will these programs actually be removed? Is there another way to install these packages to avoid this?
