Unhappy RPM Uninstalling


Hello, i have communigate pro (test) edition on mi box and i have encounter a problem when i tried to log on to the main account using the web interface i got the message

"This is a restricted access area.
You should be authorized to access the requested information

unknown user account "

i jus want to uninstall the package and installed again i don't know the command for uninstalling i've tried "rpm -u" but it doesn't wrks so if anyone could help it will be really appreciate...

thanx in advance...

To uninstall an rpm, the command is
Code:
rpm -e
Read man rpm for more options.

[root@computers ~]# rpm -e CGatePro-Linux.i386.rpm
error: package CGatePro-Linux.i386.rpm is not installed
[root@computers ~]# rpm -i CGatePro-Linux.i386.rpm
package CGatePro-Linux-5.0-8 is already installed
[root@computers ~]#

i got this messages =(
