RPM Tool

Are there any tools out there that .... given RPM X, will detect and install all RPM's that RPM X depends on? Instead of just telling me which libraries are missing?

What I want is to select an RPM... and for the tool, to figure out all the details of installing said RPM.

Mandrake has "urpmi" which is designed to do just that but it is only available for mandrake AFAIK. Redhat users typically use a variant of debian's "apt"(apt4rpm) which can be installed as a separate package and can resolve dependecies for rpms once it's set up properly.
