Exclamation RPM,s - Can they be installed via "sneakernet"???

Hello fellow Linux Heads & hardware junkies.

I have a little dilemnae.

Wondering if One can install RPMs via a Cdrw/Cd disc or USB drive?????

The reason for this is ,I do Not have fast Internet Connection.

I know that in RedHat 7.3 the Rpm,s are on the Cd,s (install) provided.

Would the process be degraded via this "sneakernet " method????

Adios ,,Chili
