how to install rpm packages under fedora 14???

on fedora 14 --- you do not
fedora 14 is a DEAD version
it went END OF LIFE on 2011-12-08
there is and NEVER will be any support for it
also 14 has NOT gotten any security updates for over 6 Months

please DO NOT run an UNSUPPORTED Operating System
install fedora 17 , it is the current
